On August 8, 2020 the NH10 Foundation, along with Howard Community College Lacrosse, sponsored the First Annual Noah Homayouni Medicine Game. All players wore #10 jerseys and all goals were scored by #10 in Noah's honor. The jerseys also displayed a character trait of Noah including, leadership, work ethic, compassion, ambition, perseverence, and friendship.
This year's Medicine Game will be July 31, 2021.
US Lacrosse donated and installed a brick in Noah's honor at their headquarters in Sparks, Maryland. Written on the brick was part of a message in a text sent to friends the night before he was killed. This is the way Noah always played and a message he wants to pass on.
Parker Field at South Carroll High School was where Noah played for the Cavaliers' lacrosse team from 2016 - 2020. It now holds a memorial for Noah in the student section. The signage was purchased through generous donations from a GoFundMe spearheaded by friends of Noah. The dedication was held on May 27, 2021. The class of 2020 presented a memorial plaque to the Boys' Lacrosse Program to be hung in the locker room.
